There is no magical answer my friend. I am also trying to increase my speed so I started going to a pitching instructor. I have only gone for 2 lessons so far and I have already noticed the difference. I feel like I am throwing way faster. Remember proper mechanics help a lot. Try to find an instructor or a coach who know about pitching and try to get him to help you with your mechanics. There is no easy answer, just work hard.
to be honest. in the past ive went to 2 really good trainers. one whom is Allen Watson played for the Yankees in 2001 he has helped me recently and someone else and i did feel the change i felt a lot better its just that ive stopped because of a busy scheduale and im trying to imrpove my mechanics on my spare time for example this website
I can't see everything in these clips, but to me I don't see any big flaws that jump out at me. Two suggestions:

1. You appear to be a bit small, so be patient, keep working, and maybe a growth spurt will help you progress as time works in your favor. You are young yet.

2. If you want to be at your best, focus on the task at hand. Specifically, take the dad-gummed I-Pod ear buds out of your ears when you're working on your pitching!
