Need Help Finding Song

Moms, I'm hoping you (or your boys) can help me find out the name of a song I want to put on a cycling CD. The choruses are something like "here we are now, riding through (to?) the east side"....and each chorus thereafter changes , "...to the south side....", "to the west side", etc. It's a popular song - have heard it a lot - but the DJ never says the name of the song/group afterwards. Have tried a web search to no avail. I call on the formidable powers of the HSBBW ladies!! Thank you!!
