So ever since I was a t-baller I always was a pull hitter with occasional opposite field hits here and there. These later years I find myself pulling even more with maybe 1 opposite field hit per month. It's really bad now and all my shots are way foul. Today and the past couple games I even was so early that it was hitting off the cap of the bat. Does anyone have any tips?

Two things,

1. Timing issue - 60% of weight is back, (toe touch) nothing starts forward until the front toe touches. Timing issue - As the pitch is released, the elbow will move back (if looking at you from the front, I should be able to see your elbow appear from behind your back) toward the dugout behind you. (scap load) and then you will start a circular hand path with the elbow dropping into the slot by the rib cage.

2. look at getting a hands back hitter practice aid.hands back hitter info

also look at Jack Mankin hitting info

The more you let the ball get in to your legs before contact the better you will hit, also lets you see the ball that much longer.

Hope this helps you.
