Is your son interested in academics? If so, which school suites his needs? Ask how he will fit in with the team. Where does the coach see him 1.2.3.
How many of last years graduates transferred to four year colleges, (exclusive of baseball), How many went on to four year colleges or were drafted from this program? What are your son's goals? State them openly and honestly. What are his chances to go from here. Ask this question. Most often you will be given an honest answer. Do whatever it takes - whatever they tell you to achieve what is your son's goal. Nothing is given from here, you must earn it. Prepare, be ready mentally and physically.
Thank You. He is an outstanding student who is thinking about physical therapy. He is also a fine player who wants to continue with baseball for as long as possible. he is primarily a ss but has received interest as a pitcher as he has a strong arm,81-84 on the gun and he is just starting to put on some adult muscle,he is 17. Thanks again for the help.
