Indoor, check out Line Drives near Costco in the Scottsdale Airpark area. For outdoor, the intersection of Pima and Indian Bend, by the Scottsdale Pavillion's shopping area.

You should probably narrow down your location quite a bit. There are numerous places in the Phoenix area but you may drive an hour in you are in the wrong end of town.
