Just found out from my A.D. that they are going to cut a pay from my staff. It is not final until they hear from me however.
Any opinions on what I could tell the superintendent and principal? I am afraid it is dead, but I know I need to go to bat for them.
My assistants are wonderfull. They coach in the summer and hold open fields in the fall. I would hate for them to split one pay. When they are expecting it in full.
