What is the average velocity of a pitcher in the Northeastern DIII College area?

Low to mid 80's, some kids throw harder, some don't. Remember that the kids who go to NESCAC schools are there for some of the best degrees in the country. The conference is called "the little Ivies" for a reason. The top teams in the NESCAC are very good, and draw kids from all over the US.
