What information are you specifically looking for? Recruiting?
My son was recruited (not seriously) by Williams and Amherst about 4 years ago, but he was more (seriously) interested in Tufts for their engineering program. The biggest challenge with Williams and Amherst is their low admissions rate. It is very similiar to Ivy recruiting where the coach is pretty much at the mercy of the Admissions Committee. Recruits are expected to submit Early Decision applications in exchange for the Coach's support through Admissions. If your son is close to the metrics of a non-athlete, and he is a very good baseball player...he has a chance at one of these schools. Williams and Amherst are the two toughest schools overall to get into among the NESCAC schools.
These are need based financial aid schools.
PopTime2014, you are correct. Captains practices only in the Fall is what we were told..
