You see other coaches on other teams.
I am 14 and have played on a competitive travel baseball team for 4 years. Of course you always are going to win, but in my eyes as much as i want to win the tournament or beat this team or that team, i am trying to improve my skills BY MYSELF to do well in high school. I am fortunate to have great coaches, one being my father, who don't start yelling or ragging on me when i make a CRITICAL error (which has happened quite alot this year). I saw a team that is a good team but there starting SS made an error and the runner ended up scoring and his own dad, and other coaches started yelling, "Thats on you!!". when i heard this it made me realize what great coaches i have. Of course once and awhile my father might yell once or twice, but that is all for the good that i will listen so i dont do watever i did, again. All i kno is that these kinds of coaches IMO are hard to come by and i am really forunate to have them.
