The Athletic Department at NHTI – Concord’s Community College is partnering with the Icebox Athlete Company to bring to Concord NH a Speed, Agility & Quickness one day camp. This camp will provide athletes with:
1) Cutting edge training in Speed, Agility & Quickness
2) A full personalized Athletic Profile
* Radar Timed 40 yd dash
* Broad Jump
* Agility Tests
* Goal setting charts & Training logs to track improvements
