This my first posting. Been reading site for about a month.
Just looking for opinions about new programs like Oregon and other D1'S. What are the pros and cons about going to a new program. My son might have the opportunity.

I agree team chemistry is very important, there will not be any history of the players playing as a team there will also not be any senior leadership.
Oregon is of course joining a strong conference where the weak school are very good, and the strong schools are just that.
On the other hand, a program like Oregon will be well funded and has a very good coaching staff who know how to win and a lot of excitement.
