The Mansfield school, just might be getting one of the area's top coaches Cool

No hints? No fun.

I was told first hand, he would apply. Do not feel comfortable being the one who mentions his name. Sorry,,,, if he gets the job, they become better, before they play an inning.

But you feeling comfortable throwing out secret facts that start speculation and rumors? Huh. Well I'm proud you have some inside knowledge about it. If he gets the job you can said you knew about it first.

Saginaw Chisolm Trail will be playing a varsity football schedule (who in their right mind would do that to those kids), so I imagine they will do it with all the sports.

With only Freshmen and Sophomore's?

That's pretty common in a one HS town that goes to a second HS. They pick the class to split and that is the Sophmore class and boundaries go in force for everyone behind them. Wylie East and North Forney did the same thing.

Do returning Juniors and Seniors have a choice, if they live within the new school's boundary?

No sir, Jrs and Srs continue with the original HS. The Sophs that split had a choice of which school to attend. The Fish were set by the determined boundaries.

I have never seen a high school play a varsity football schedule with fresh and soph. only...

Agree, seems to me that there would be a safety issue.

Sorry, I missed the Varsity season question. They would play JV and other new schools the first year. The Jr year is when they start a Varsity season. There are a few schools in the area that 2012 is their first Sr class that have taken their lumps as Jrs and below but did well this year.
