New Summer Team on the Block--

We are in the process of finalizing our summer schedule and expect to have it done by the end of next week---this will cover June thru August 2010---additionally our website should be back up and running in the next week or two

Can you clarify if there is an age group or geographical residency requirement for the team. It was unclear from the posting and I cannot tell from the web site which is still under construction. For the summer team, 2010, will that include the various tournaments on the site which will play Aug 2010 or only up to it and then the fall ball team plays those tournaments listed.

Age Group---Class of 2011 or later

We have no geographic restrictions at all --in past years we have had playewrs from all over the Northeast as well as VA, MO, Illnois, Fla, MD, Calif., WI. and TX

We hope to have the summer segment of the schedule semi-finalized by this weekend and posted on the site---the fall schedule will be pretty much similar to last years

In the meantime you can send us a nomination/info form from our site so we have your son in our data base

And if you desire to speak one on one with me and ask the questions you need answers to please feel free to call me---

To Others: please be advised that we still accepting info/nomination forms from players and will be for a few weeks until we find the players we want

This is an excellent change for College Select!! I hope it works out well. I look forward to seeing the schedule you'll be playing as it could be an option down the road for my son if he keeps developing, you never know!

My question is can a kid play on both your summer and fall teams or are you looking to open it up to more kids and they can only play summer or fall but not both in any given year?

What a great question !!

It may be that we have spots in the fall as some of summer kids may be playing football come the fall----then again we may expand the roster a bit come the fall to accommodate kids

Ideally we would like to see the same roster thru both the sumnmer and fall seasons so we can truly work with them on the field as well as in the recruiting process
