I'm not an expert, but get him to as many showcases and camps as you can. Once your there, 6'6 and upper 80's should take care of getting the coaches attention.

Another thing to consider is to see if your local pro team is holding a tryout/workout in your area. These are open to anyone and it is a great way to get used to the pro style workout that most showcases use. The best part is that they are FREE!

As mentioned before... get to a Perfect Game showcase if you can. Living in Florida you might also want to consider trying to hook up with a team that will be participating in the Jupiter WWBB tournament that Perfect Game puts on. Tons of college and pro scouts attend this event. If you son has game, he will get noticed.

I cannot beleive that here in FL, there is a coach who has not seen a 6'6" pitcher throwing high 80's.

Send me the details and I know a coach who might take a look.

For some reason, at work today, I couldn't see it. But no I do at home?!?!?
