I can't tell you how much I liked Frisco being in the same district. Gonna really suck driving out of the 'burbs for game.

Sherman is going to miss the competition of the district too.

The Hutto Hippos moved into Region 2.

No. Maybe for some 2A or 1A.

Actually, baseball follows these alignments for the most part.

Yikes. 10-4A looks stacked.
McKinney, McKinney North, Rockwall, Heath, JJP, HP, Wylie and the new Wylie school. No off-days there. You will earn a playoff spot here.

Must admit that I was hoping to re-ignite the HP Poteet fight.

Sometimes you can make it under 50 minutes depending upon the time of day. Geting to Rockwall is one thing but it will take another 20 minutes after that to get to Heath. Seems like there is always a slowdown somewhere. If they finish the 190 extension then it will be a piece of cake.

15-4A got alot stronger for the next two years.

Some of the new alignments make good sense, but some of them don't. A few districts seem to have 45+ minutes of travel between many of the schools when other options were plentiful. I guess compared to West Texas everything in the metroplex is fair game.
It is always fun to play new schools!
