LJ Sandwich.............the white/grey sleeve rule is kind of strange to say the least and really not NEW. It is an NFHS rule. A pitcher can not wear a grey or white exposed undershirt sleeves that extend BELOW THE ELBOW. If the main uniform (shirt) is a vest type then the undershirt (white or grey) is then viewed part of the uniform top. The rule doesn't address collar.
