I was impressed watching SJ's put up a 6-0 lead in the second inning today. Then they coughed up a furball. Villanova scored seven in the bottom of the seventh to tie and win 8-7 in extras. The closer balked home the tying run when the runner on third did the LL shake and bake on him. Just one of those days at the office. They are easily the best team in the conference.
I believe he's the centerfielder. He made a couple of nice plays going and getting it. It appeared he made the catches look easier than they were. Good jump, good speed, runs smoothly.

I remember Grantham making a real nice backhanded play deep in the hole and making a cross body sling to get the force at second with the bases loaded and two outs in the bottom of one of the extra innings.

I was surprised at the build of the catcher. He's slighter than most college catchers. He's listed at 185.
