"Will the Thrill." I like this pick. Seems people always cite lefties when talking about sweet swings as there are so many.

A more recent hitter from the right side whom I love to look at in "slow-mo" was "the Professional Hitter," EDGAR MARTINEZ, picture perfect!

One guy from years back was "sweet swingin" Billy Williams of the Cubs. One of the prettiest lefthanded swings I ever saw. He hit 426 HRs and hit .290 in the 1960's through mid 1970's.

OK, being a phillies fan here, but I love Chase Utley's swing. As the dad of a left hitting MIF, I have (ridiculously dreamy) visions of my son as he gets older. But Utley's swings seems to be the definition of the compact, connected, backside clearing approach my kid's being taught these days.

IMO, Josh Hamilton has the prettiest and most effort-free swing in the game today with Joe Mauer a close second. There's just something about those lefty strokes.

Say what you will about the person (and I would agree with most) but Manny Rameriz has a very sweet swing.

I've always thought Dave Magadan ('86 Mets) had a sweet lefty swing. He is now the hitting coach for the Red Sox.

Right handed hitter would be Manny "being Manny" Ramirez. He can hit for avg and power. He was the best 0-2 hitter I've ever seen.

Boy, this really makes me look like a "homer".
