I've heard rumblings that NIU will be looking for a new coaching staff next season.
Is it true that they're on a one year contract? Talk about not having any job security. When are their contracts renewed?

My rumblings say they will add 1 coach as 1 is leaving.
The offer has been made and they are waiting for the prospective coach to make his decision.

Rumors are deadly, but don't let the one year contracts scare you, most assistants and many head coaches are on one year deals. Not as glamorous a job as it might seem.
