son was recruited by them but decided not to go..know several kids that have gone there - one loved it, the other two didn't..Coach Birmingham is a big hitting coach and they have two assistants. from what I've seen, not alot of local recruiting...they have kids on the roster from TX but they aren't playing...they have lots of foreign kids - Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and one from Australia. They did win the JUCO D1 College World Series last year. Friend of son's was going to school there last year and transfered to Weatherford College cause he didn't like Coach B. I understand he's got a pretty rough mouth. It is a tough program and I do think its one of those things you either love it or hate it.
