My sister was one of the extras in the movie and you can actually identify her in many scenes....even BEFORE it came out on DVD...
One of the very cool things about the movie is that there were try-outs to be an extra...all of those girls are athletes. My sister said that one of her life's highlights was catching a fly ball in the ivy at Wrigley Field....
It is such a great movie....

Having respect for the game is the one if not the most important thing about baseball.
Also being honest, having Integraty.
Treating people the way you would want to be treated.
Trying not to get your Feeling's hurt, And lashing out to get even.
It's not easy to take criticism.
But you have to be tough skinned.
Take your lump's and learn from what your Coaches/Parent's/Peer's are trying to explain.
It's not only for the Player.
But anybody that's involved in any business.
Treat the people next to you, Are who you may have contact with. With Respect.
And thing's will work out for the best.
Approuch all situation's with Honesty.
Because that is really all we have.
I hope all a very Merry Christmas.
And to put all dispute's and hurt feeling's to the side.
It's not worth the time spent on them.
