The head coach at North Central was fired last week.

I don't know anything about the coaching situation, but I will tell you, for anyone who's not been there, North Central has a really nice baseball facility!
We've played a few tournaments there over the years.

Out of curiousity, why would it matter to an 11 year old if the coach was being replaced - how would that affect his decision to attend a summer camp there?

The assistant Coach is a good friend of mine and has been a member of our program for 5 years. He is a great coach and knows a lot about the game

Usually all they do is run for the Gatorade.

Been, you reminded me when my son started playing T-ball at the Northbrook YMCA. There was a playground just past the outfield. After hitting he was supposed to go somewhere in the infield or outfield, but he didn't stop until he hit the swings! He was a true DH at the age of 6.

Any front runners for the NCC job?

Definately a program that can make some major strides with the right coach there. Great facilities, great area, and I believe the administration gives the athletic program a ton of support.

Interested to see who gets the job.
