My son played against a future teammate of yours, Eric Pearson, from Merrimack Valley this past week.

I think one of my son's teammates is also going to FPC in the fall, but im not positive yet. I was told by another parent at our Merrimack Valley game, but have nit yet verified it.

Thanks guys. hopefully we actually make it to the world series this year. last year we came up short in the regional championships. we definitley have a better team than last year. we'll see what happens.

Congratulations. Great accomplishment/season and well deserved!! I have some very fond memories (personally) of playing you guys back when I was a pitcher @ Saint Michael's...always a tough/classy opponent that we have the utmost respect for. BEST OF LUCK!!!!!

Awesome man, I know Chris Shank (lives in my town) who was drafted by the A's out of FPC...

Just wondering...

What does it take to make the team there these days? How much has it changed since Shank's time?

FPC is just an excellent all-around program. Pappas Field is beautiful and they work tirelessly ensuring that they have good squads year after year. I (personally) played against both Chris Shank and Justin Blood when they pitched for FPC. They were a fantastic squad back then...they are a fantastic squad now (they pumped out some real good players back then too like Mal Higgins, John Learson etc). We just scheduled a doubleheader with them for next season down there in NH...should be fun!
