Key points are that it looks like Patriot and Liberty in the first round and Concorde and National which has been pointed out by a few on this board.

Oakton clinches first place in the Concorde with some big hits from their three senior tri-captains.
Chad Carroll 2-4 2hr's Chris Hanson 2-3, 1 hr 1 ground rule double, Luke Willis 1 hr.

Fields are saturated, and the forecast does not look good. With everything getting backed-up, pitching rotation plans will be challenged.

Last I heard the Liberty District was planning on the play in games tonight, the Quarter Finals on Friday night and the Semis on Saturday afternoon with the finals still on schedule for Monday...We'll see if Mama Nature agrees!

Heard the same @ the plan, and also that they're looking to move the 1st round game to any somewhat dryer field - which may be moot as radar is showing thickning clouds w/embedded showers headed this way from SW Va... :-(

Any report on the games last night? I assume they got them in...

Oakton 6 Chantilly 4 Oakton spots Chantilly 4 runs in the first and holds them in check as they comeback and win. Tayio Francis throws 6 2/3 innings for the win. Ty Carroll has solo home run in the sixth to put Oakton in front.

Westfield beat Robinson 4 - 3

Championship game will be Monday 6:30 at Chantilly

Lake Braddock 7 - Woodson 3

Michael Church pitched a complete game. Mitch Spille hit a grand slam in the third.
