Didn't Hylton return most all of their team from 2012 ?

I wouldn't call it a major upset so early in the season but it should wake Hylton up. It wasn't their best performance either, picked off base 4 times. With 8 returning starters from last years team and 4+ D1 pitchers, they should see everyones number 1.  Patroit High is in it's second year I think and took students from Battlefield, Stonewall and Brentsville High schools. They have a bunch of good players and a great young coach in Sammy Serrano (Hylton grad) who teaches and stresses the fundamentals of the game. So watch for both teams to play again in the regionals.

I see Robinson HS is off to a 2 - 0 start, after beating West Springfield (9 - 2) and Woodson (3 - 0) last week. Robinson, who won the Concord District last year with a lineup full of mostly sothomores and juniors, have not beaten either of these two teams in several years. They could be one of the more dominant teams in the Northern Region this year.

Did not get out to many games last year but I have heard from others that Robinson was going to continue to be strong so I look forward to watching them play this season.
