What is/was the routine for your son's college baseball team - or your team as a player - during November, December and January?

We scrimmage until the first 2 weeks in November, Southern Team obviously. December they are gone most of the month and January is full blast getting ready for season because it starts second week in February. Son does light throwing in November and December after scrimmages. Full tilt in January.
In Michigan. Shovel snow "good for the wrists".
In November he still had high school soccer. There was organized baseball, weight and agility training from December through February. March 1 was the state go date for baseball. He started throwing in February to be full speed my March 1. The first games were about March 9th or 10h.
November and December - GRADES/Finals!! and begin throwing routine
January - back to school - get a great start to the semester because once games begin, significantly less time
Boys have to be back Jan 3. first games will be 2nd week in February. We have always traveled over Christmas break and had to find places to throw. We are not going anywhere this year. We are hoping son will be cleared from surgery to throw off the mound right before Thanksgiving and will be in a race to be able to show something before February.
