I see Greenbrier is now number one. Please enjoy that. I do not think they have played many top ranked teams . They have 7 or 8 College players and are a very solid team.

That being said they are the #1 private school but they are not the top ranked public & private school.

Atlantic Shores is about to find out what it is all about to play public school.  Let's be real these school types are very different.

I wonder if the public schools will pitch their #1 pitchers. Can't wait to see?

I hope the publics do, but it will depend on where they line up according to conference play.

I do agree with you, in general, regarding quality and schedule.  I will speak only for NR, while acknowledging that other SEDs and have played strong programs as well.  Thus far, NR has played 13 games.  Of those 13 games, 6 have come against programs that are or have been in the Top 10 (as high as number 1) in their respective states, and or receiving some kind of national recognition.  This with a contest against Hanover looming.  (So go ahead and make that 7 of 14).  With only a couple of exceptions, (LCA comes to mind) the privates will only play a couple of those games per year.  Most games will be comparable to the bottom 3rd of the SED.

One of the top 3 local privates, literally lost 2 fall games to SED JV teams.  True story.

AS still not a top ranked team. AS is for the player that can play in public school and their parents can't take it.

Pay to play .

Do they have any players that are going to play in D1 programs.

Last  one We knew of was Jordan Sergeant  and he didn't even last the first year at West Virginia. Now he's at some junior college is what we've heard.

Do tell.
