Bottom of the 9th, 2 outs - Legion game. Runners steals second and the catcher throws. No one is covering and both 2B and SS get there too late to get the throw which rolls into center field. Runner holds on the base, but the CF doesn't get his glove down and it continues to roll toward the fence. Runner scores from 2nd easily. That was a weird one.

I'll raise your walk off. Two outs runner on first. Runner goes, catcher throws ball into center, runner goes to third. Two outs, two strikes, hitter swings and misses, catcher throws ball into right for a walk off whiff.

The amazing this is it's the catcher of the defending NCAA national champions. Just a fluke bad day at the office.

How did the runner score on this? Did the catcher not catch the pitch?

Craziest one I've seen. Bases loaded, down 2, with 3 hitter at the plate. Full count and two out. The runners take off. The ball coming right at the batter. Batter turns but the bat barrel drops down behind the batters back. The ball hits the bat instead of the batter at takes a perfect roll about 15 feet up the first base line. Catcher can only go to first with all the runners going and launches it to right. 3 RBI walk of on a ball that should have hit him hahahaha.

Dropped third strike with two outs. Catcher threw the ball into right. Runner on third scored.

Bases loaded, bottom 7, two outs two strikes. Batter squares to bunt and the runner breaks from home! Batter pulls bat back as the catcher lunges forward to attempt to catch the ball. Barrel of the bat ends up in the catcher's glove and the ball goes to the backstop. Defense appeals saying the batter attempted to bunt the ball, but the umpires disagree. Tie game. Runners on second and third now with a 1-2 count. Batter squares again and the runner breaks from third. Ball is launched off the backstop about 15 feet high and the winning run scores!

How do I know this? I was the batter.. facing a future DI pitcher who I had no chance at hitting!
