I too enjoyed the article but couldn't help but laugh in my car as I listened to the AD brag about spending "2" MILLION on the new Crew Team facility ? Go Crew Go !!!!
In all seriousness though, I am very excited about ODU's new AD. Dr. Selig is a rising star and ODU better enjoy him while hes here !!!

And I might add that I too have been very impressed with Dr. Selig so far. Keep in mind that everyone on campus must have a fair shake in this day and age. And it looks as if the programs that were somewhat overlooked by the past AD personnel are getting their due. Kudos to those alumni and outside donors who kept the fire burning for the baseball program up until this point. Of course, the elephant in the room at this point is whether the new admin keeps Coach Goulet, who I think deserves a fair shake of his own.

I would have to say that the "boathouse" was part of the "selective excellence" old AD era. We all understand Title 9 and the need for more women sports. You are right, 2 Million is quite impressive. They haven't spent half a million for baseball since 1984!!! (until this year)

I am sure that Coach Goulet will get a fair shake. It is certain with the new AD and improvements there will be many, many, qualified candidates that will apply.

Rally Ally was a great idea. As always, I would love to buy you a beer!
