All, first time at this so pardon the ignorance.
Question about offers - timing and type. Once a college makes sees all the players that they target (via showcase/camps, etc) how much time do they take to discuss who will receive offers, and how long does it typically take to communicate that to the player?. I realize this is a vague question to an extent and subject to several factors... type of offer, money involved, etc...but just curious if anyone has a take on this. Also, does "the offer" get communicated via email/call/text ? If a college has two pitcher positions and four targets, do they typically offer the top two and give deadlines for acceptance? How long is a typical deadline for a player to decide whether to take it/negotiate, etc? Do offers happen after a formal visit, or is one not needed so long as "an informal tour" has happened with meeting with HC and RC? Thanks
