Here is a link to the Official Rules of Baseball that are posted on MLB.com. They are in PDF format. I believe they have the new rule changes and cleaned up some of the language that created some controvery in the past.

Here is link for NCAA rules from 2007 for all you that have kids in college. It is a very good read in that it spells things out very nicely. Rule 7-2, the desinated hitter rule baffles many a umpire though. It is in PDF formant, also.

NFHS has website, but you have to be a paid member to access their rule page.

What is the mystery? From this old timer they have taken baseball to where the game is not the game.
