Yes. Of course, it would have to be after the player's senior year.

Official visits can begin the first scheduled school day of your senior year. During the summer up until that point, official visits are not permitted by the NCAA. Unofficial visits can occur anytime
New rule for NCAA Div. II schools only, taking effect June 15 - HS prospects can now take an official visit on or after June 15 preceding the junior year of HS.
For NCAA Div. I schools, the earliest possible date remains the first day of the prospect's senior year of HS.
