the OICBL is a league based in mostly in Central Ohio.

From the website:

The 2014 season looks to be a season of growth for the league with inquiries from several new teams from the Central Ohio area. Teams from Licking County (Pataskala/Newark), Canal Winchester, and Washington Court House will help strengthen the leagues footprint, provide new competition, and provide more opportunities for Central Ohio collegiate players returning home for the summer.

I know many players in this league. It draws from quite a few of the local D3's and more and more from the new D2's around Central Ohio. They send the Tournament winner to the AAABA National tournament every year.
