My son will be playing in this tourney, but they don't play until Friday.

It is during quiet period, DI coaches can not scout the tournament.

There will be lots of Pro scouts around.

Trombly Baseball lost to the Reds (6-5)in an extra innings championship game.
The game was played a bit tired by both teams in different spots. Both teams played 3 games on Sunday over a 10 hour span.
The kid that closed for the Reds was really bringing it. He did an outstanding job of closing out the game for the Reds.
As always, Steve Trombly did a great job coaching the team through 3 tough games Sunday. A lot of innings were played to get to the championship game as two games went extra innings against a very good Damien HS team and the mighty San Diego Show.

Very fun tournament. Lots of great baseball, nice not having to listen to the "clink" of metal bats. Thanks also to O'Keiki for putting on a great tournament.
The SD Show was the only team that played their pool games on the 12/13th to win a seeded game so they should be congratulated as it was cold and windy Friday and Saturday and I am sure it took a lot out of their players.
