I was just in Norman for the Sooner Showcase baseball camp and i watched some of the football practice. They did not look as strong as I would like them to be. However, let me assure you this that Coach Stoops will be on there case for this big time and there will not be another embarrasing loss like this again.

The saddest part of this thread is not that it's about a football game -- but that it sends a clear signal that we are moving towards the 'BIG DARK' - those long winter months where everyone north of Phoenix and Memphis is turning into Jack Nicholson on a bad day. I'm already starting to feel the baseball DT's coming on!!

Alaskans for Nebraskans. My dad was born and raised there and like father, like son. Expecting big things this year. Sorry to get off baseball topic, but its opening day fever baby.

I watched the entire game between OU and TCU. My take on it was one team expected to win because of who they are. The other team took it right to them and could have cared less who they were. OU got straight up beat, (at home). By a team that wanted it more and gave 100% effort. Against a team that thought they could just stroll onto the field and get a win. Lessons to be learned from this game regardless of the sport.

OU is still just trying to recover from what USC did to 'em. Go Trojans - threepeat- fight on.
