Ole Miss Baseball

It's SEC Baseball and it doesn't get any better than that. Best in the country. However, Oxford Mississippi is a small rural town in North Central Mississippi ---- 100 miles south of Memphis. I didn't particularly like Oxford when I lived there. Very "clickish" town --- I doubt if that "clickisness" exist on campus with the student body comming from all parts of the US and abroad but it will still have a distinct southern flair.

Check your TV programming. Oxford and Ole Miss (University of Mississippi) will soon be in the spotlight (this Friday) as the site of the McCain - Obama presidential debate.

my son liked the coaches and campus, the players were very nice towards him. coach rob and coach lafferty were the 2 that recruited my son, he liked them a lot. ole miss didn't have a lot of sr last year which limited the number of kids they could sign. i don't think they make a habit of over recruiting, they also let us know asap what they could or couldn't do so we would not miss any other opps. i still e-mail them from time to time and they still answer me back, i think they are first class guys!!
