Does anyone else have experience with doing one handed swings? I started doing them and have realized that right after, I hit the ball much harder. Is it a good way to build bat speed?
Many pros like and do them daily but some modern hitting instructors see them as too unspecific.
I do use them some but usually with a constraint that prevents bad habits.
I think as them as a way to iron out hand and bat path issues more than a batspeed drill but it would be possible that there is some positive carryover to batspeed.
