He is very good, especially when he goes up against Boston. I never understood why the Mets got rid of him. It had little to do with ability.

I was at a juco game in January 2005. Got chatting with a guy whose son played for one of the teams. Well, he was a Mets minor league instructor in Port St. Lucie, after being the bench coach with Bobby Valentine. After awhile I asked him what happened with Kazmir. I got the company line about Zambrano being a front line starter blah blah.
