In "ACME" can you wear the phiten necklaces our first game they let us and the next game they made us take tehm off. Our whole team as them.

Not sure what ACME is....
but in any NFHS game and in most OBR based youth league games, there is a prohibtion against jewelry and the phiten necklaces would be considered as such....

By the way, I git all my roadrunner traps and stuff from ACME. Its a good company cept for there no retern policy.

From the Acme rules...
Article VII: General Playing Rules.
Sec.1: As stated in Aricle 1 section 3, the playing rules governing the AME Baseball Congress In. shall be those as adopted by the National Federation of High School Athletic Association...(NFHS)
So you are governed by NFHS rules....
and here it is...
NFHS Rule 3-3-1d: Players participating in the game may not wear jewelry.
A player may wear a medical alert necklace or a religous medal, such items are not to be considered jewelry. But the medical alert device must be securely taped to the players body and may be visible. Any religous medal must be taped to the body as well and worn under the uniform.
Penalty....warning then ejection in non compliant..
Phiten necklaces are considered Jewelry....the umpire was correct in having you remove them...
