OOPS! What happens when all the recruits actually show up?

I was talking with a friend of mine, his son was at one time a Freshman All American, but did not like the program and decided to transfer. When I asked how he was doing at his new school this year, I heard a pause in his voice, so I did some research:

With 28 other new players, I could only imagine what they are all thinking, as well as, the other returnees. I guess the draft did not hurt the school as much this year.

I have seen several 07's committing to SDSU, hopefully they get drafted. But then again, they would not have much leverage for a big signing bonus....

Has anyone else come across other schools with super large number of new folks actually showing up?

WOW!!!

Looking at the incoming class and roster and PURELY guessing I would say the following are some of the possibilities.

1- I believe they had a down year last year so there may be a number of returners that may not be the ones who will playing in the Spring.

2- There will be a fair amount of red shirts (which I do not beieve go against the 11.7)

3- Before signing there I would look closely at roster and see if I figure out what is happening as well as discuss with coach (to see if there is a logical explanation)

I think that is one of the largest signing classes I've seen.
