Very hard to believe but true: we're still having temperatures in Virginia in the low 60's, no winter and no snow so far, and Opening Day is 6 weeks from Saturday (February 3).
Did somebody get rid of winter and not tell me???

Seven weeks for us. We are definitely enjoying the weather. Get the BP hacks in while we can...

We actually have 8 1/2 weeks until son's first game, Feb 17! Counting the days though!!! Spring never comes soon enough, does it!?!?!

The snow should be asss deep in Chicago on Feb 9-11 when the boys team takes off to Edinburg TX.

It's funny... I once had an "I can't wait till..." attitude about baseball season. However, so many seasons have come and gone so quickly. ...so very quickly. I'm learning to enjoy the anticipation. It helps to slow down the "fast forward" effect I feel in my life right now.

Wow, I feel the same way! I used to think 40 was old, but now that I'm 38, it's looking pretty darn good!!!!
