Orlando area suggestions needed

Son playing in Orlando in early August and would like some suggestions on area schools to go see.

Kid is a 2020. C/MIF/OF/P So far, all A's and taking AP classes. Interested in becoming a lawyer some day.

OK to throw in a sight or restaurant suggestion, too! We'll be there all week and you can only visit the Mouse's place for so long before your budget breaks.

I guess it depends on desire to continue playing and finding a fit academically...

In Orlando you can see the University of Central Florida. If you drive over to Tampa, there is the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa. Florida Southern is also within driving distance. Stetson might also be doable.

If you want to do touristy stuff, you can walk along the International Drive area. Plenty of places to eat, and things to see. A mix of chains and local places. In the same area is the Orlando Eye, which is a pretty neat experience.

If time permits, and you have never done it - airboat tours are available just south of Orlando.
