still fall ball, but they're trying to adapt. With more and more ex us players on the rosters the quality and approach is steadilly improving.
I think players and parents are also realizing that unless you are a real draft "follow" or high level prospect - you'll pay more $ for conceivably less academic value if you go down to the states.

That may be the case, but I personally still think they've got a long way to go in regards to the talent level comparison. Don't get me wrong I hope one day they can bring the talent level up but I don't see that happening for quite sometime.
