I think the funniest line I've heard in all of this is Ozzie stating that he would need to take English lessons so he could properly understand his sensitivity training. Hell, he needs English lessons like Sammy Sosa did when he appeared in front of the committee. I just love it when people revert back to their level of comfort when their backs are to the wall. Never fails.
JMO, the winning has clouded even the most astute Sox fans into having blinders on when looking at who and what is the manager of the World Champions. Oh man, is it a long way down from where he's livin' now.
What a shame that this ego driven manager is getting in the way of this team getting the accolades that they have earned on the field.

That is exactly why the rest of the fans around the country have responded overwhelmingly negative to polls concerning these unending incidents from a manager, a very laisse faire attitude from the owner, and some lipservice from the GM. I'm not making this up, it is out there and the reviews stink. But, if it is White Sox culture to not care about anyone or anything outside of Bridgeport, then all must be good.

Congrats to Oregon State for becoming the first northern team to win the College World Series since Ohio State won it in 1966. Also, first team to win it after 2 losses. They lost their first game to Miami 11-1 and now they are the Champions. Great job.

They had a catcher playing first base and he didn't have the footwork to make that play.
Second baseman should keep his head high. It was the first-baseman-wanna-be/catcher's error.

Had to go to a court mandated sensitivity training class...something about my posts here on the HSBBW giving idiots and morons a bad name...someone must have ratted me out.
While in the class I ran into Ozzie and we had a good time...shooting spit wads, with real spit, not the fake stuff...flying cool paper airplanes made out to look just like the fighter planes that Hugo has ordered...making disgusting noises when the teach wasn't looking...shooting rubberbands at the flies on the screen...pulling on ponytails and getting her or him to scream.
Just having a great time until an announcement came over the PA directing a Mr.gotwood4sale to please report to Rm.106...it turns out that there was a mix up and I wasn't supposed to be in the sensitivity training class after all.
I went to Rm.106 and found the class I was supposed to be in....sense class...as in common sense...they're grading on a pretty liberal curve and I think I may pass...barely!

NC's 2nd baseman's throw was very, very catchable. Beenthere can tell you that the 1st baseman broke rule #1, see the throw first before stretching and commiting your feet.
