Based upon my observations over the years, a size 34 pair of umpire pants would be a bit of an anomaly.

yes I have that size pants. Not sure why you'd want to know though.
If you are looking to buy some pants then many of the "umpire specific" websites have forums for buying and selling equipment or you could just call any of the myriad vendors.
Maybe he wants to hang a particular umpire in effigy and he's a skinny guy?????
