Part 1 of 2, regarding a foulball

Ball hit, it's headed foul however defensive player who is in foul territory, reaches into fair territory, the ball bounces off of his glove which is over fair territory as is the ball (but obviously going to go foul if not touched) the ball boucnes off of the fielders glove and stays in fair territory. Fair ball right?

The location of the ball when touched is the key to fair/foul. Location of player or direction the ball is heading has no bearing......
