Congratulations to all seniors, including mine, who have now finished their HS careers. Doesn't really matter what level of success they or their team achieved over the last four years. Just the fact that they gave us the opportunity to spend a few hours each week with friends and family watching them use their God-given abilities is blessing enough. Don't know what's worse...the fact they're done, or the fact that now I'll have to find something to do other than hanging out on these message boards! However, I did get to witness a "passing of the torch" at our final playoff game on Saturday, as my oldest "Ones" (Matt Thompson) handed the ball off to my youngest "Ones", his brother (Zach Thompson) in the 7th. Maybe this will be an excuse for me to hang out on these boards for a few more years(identity now known). Until then, congrats to all seniors and in the words of Shepster...Peace!
