For those parents of 06's that are worrying about whether their sons will sign, or get a chance at "some level," be patient, you never know when the right call will come. To use a cliche: it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. My son finally got a call from one of the local colleges this week--and the one he pretty much has targeted all along. We figured that they had no interest. We'll, turns out they did and after a great visit he committed just today. So parents, my advice is to keep plugging away, keep letting colleges know of your son's interest, and good things will happen. When you meet the coaches, tour the campus, visit with the players, my bet is you and your son will "just know" that a place is the right fit.
Also, seek the advice from the wise members of ths HSBBW. They were of immeasurable help to me in helping my son make an informed decision. No question is "too stupid" to ask. Good luck to all.
