If you live in Pennsylvania, you're blessed because PBR Pennsylvania does an incredible job at what they do.
I don't know what happens with all the other states and PBR. But, I have seen a few, and, of the few ones I have seen, Pennsylvania is the leader of the pack in terms of working hard at providing exposure.

Dan Cevette has put PBR PA on steroids the last couple years. His crew works incredibly long hours during the winter pre-season indoor circuit. They have run 30 indoor showcase or club scouting events in the past 50 days.
Yup. Dan and crew are the gold standard.
Toby Bicknell did a great job in Texas before he took a job with UNC Charlotte. There was a drop off when he left but they are back to being very good - at least with the exposure part of it. I see them all over town shooting video. Haven’t been to a PBR showcase in Texas in a while.
PBR NY and PA are both managed by him. Strong regional SM presence and does a very good job promoting players and of course their brand. My kid's facility is involved with them.
PBR NorCal (northern california) also does a fantastic job with social media and promotion. they also have a pretty large region, geographically, to cover and do a pretty good job ensuring that events are within reach of most of the players in the area.
My son was signed up for a few events as a sophomore, came down with mono and missed them. Dan and Jared were very flexible the following year, went above and beyond their refund policy.
They will also attend other local events, games and free showcases and post about them.
My kid (2021)pitched at the PBR PA games the summer of his Jr year. He received more activity from this one event than any other throughout the recruiting process...... I agree, they do a great job.
