Prep Baseball Report recently released there Pre-Season Top 50 rankings in the state of Illinois. Here is the Top 10:
1. St.Rita
2. Brother Rice
3. Neuqua Valley
4. Lincoln-Way East
5. O'Fallon
6. Wheaton North
7. Stevenson
8. Illinois Valley Central
9. Hononegah
10. Prairie Ridge
This is a pretty good Top 10 list. Not sure about the last two teams though, Hononegah and Prairie Ridge. I understand Hononegah has a very good rotation, but where is the offense? And in PR's case, it is the exact opposite. After there number one starter, there is question marks. St.Rita is a clear cut number one because of how deep and overall balanced they are, and Bro.Rice and Neuqua will be good once again.
Any thoughts?
